If you find that instrument you just can't live without but don't have the funds and are scared that it might be sold before you can afford it, layaway is a valid option.

20% of purchase price (including tax) down-front minimum. Two (2) month maximum time in layaway (unless special arrangements are made).
10% restocking fee for failed or canceled layaways.

Repairs/Set-up/Restringing
We at R&R Music are Fender-authorized repair specialists and can help you with many problems you may have with your equipment, be it solding coming undone from your guitar, a blown fuse in your amp, maybe you can't get noise out of your instrument and you've done everything you can, or installing a new pickguard.We also do pick-up installation on virtually everything that needs one. Don't know what kind of pickup you want? Talk to us and we can specially chose the right pickup for you and even order it.We have an out-side specialist that we have contracted with the store who does band instrument repairs for a living, so we can get that old trumpet or flute you've had in your closet for years refurbished and shining. We also contract with a local luthier who can refret, refinish, and rebuild guitars.Amp problems? We do frequent runs with the great tube-amp specialist Uuncle Albert. Don't know how to restring your guitar, or maybe you're busy and don't have time, we'll do that for you at a nominal charge for service.At R&R Music, we're your one-stop repair shop.

Trade-ins/Used Equipment
Time to upgrade but you don't know what to do with your old guitar you aren't going to play? Come on in and pick out your new guitar and see if we can cut you a deal on your upgrade. Under normal circumstances, we do not buy items straight out. The only exceptions are for band instruments in which an evaluation will be done to see if they are needed.

Consignment
Want to sell an instrument or accessory, but don't want the hassle of selling online, in the classifieds, or trading in? Consignment is an option. You bring us your item, we'll consult you on the best selling price, and we'll put it on the sales floor for customers to see.
